Machine removal and reinstallation

MaxPax Newent commissioned us to remove and reinstall two tea line production machines from a location in Banbury to within their premises in Newent.

After the deconstruction of the machine, and overseeing the removal from the Banbury site, DJ Read were then responsible for its relocation within much smaller premises. This meant altering hoppers, duct work, new airlines, new electrical supplies and total rewire of the machine.

As well as this, DJ Read was also responsible for the construction of the several hygiene rooms which had to be constructed to strict standards. Also included in the project was the an altered layout of the ground floor office to accommodate the new entrance. This involved relocation of the downstairs toilet and meeting room and the creation of a washroom.
